Prolouge-

I am Julia May. I have long wavy brownish hair and blue eyes. my favorite color is yellow and I love 'the secret of platform 13' in fact, i'm obsessed with mistmakers.i am 10 and i have 6 BFFLs. most people think i'm weird because of that. i also have a younger sister called Kalia who is really sweet. she is 8 and she loves(yes, loves) nickolas flamel.(refrences-harry potter 1, the alchemyst) her favorite color is pink, and her hair is short and blond. her eyes are green. she is very kind, but trusts everyone. and if your one of the .M.Ms, you can't trust ANYONE. because of this, Kalia failed the M.M. test when she was 7, and is very depressed to this day. but before that, and a few times a month, Kalia is so playfull and wild. her eyes shimmer with a longing for adventure. but enough about my family. meet my BFFLs, the other 6 of the .M.M comunity.

1.Adola Verin is 14, and very matter-o-fact. she loves the movie 'harry potter and the half blood prince' and her favorite color is black. her hair is her favorite color, and very curly.her eyes gleam brownish grey. i can never tell witch overpowers the other though.she has two younger sisters.

2.Melonie Furnani is 12 and peace loving. her favorite color is blue and she loves  nancy drew. her hair is long and brown and streight, and her eyes are grey. her  mother is the mayor at Adola's school, so they bikker often. she has one older brother.

3. Nikkola Ghisteru is 13. her favorite color is red and she enjoys being called Nikki. she is obsessed with bakugan toys and most people consider her a tomboy. she loves soccer ane has short, wild blond hair that is often tangled. her eyes are brown.

4.Riley Buano is 11. her eyes are blue, and her hair is Orangish red. she isn't much for reading, though she is crazy for wrighting her own stories and testing them on Opanie and me. her favorite color is 'definetly white. ...or maybe grey.....no! no. blue......'okay, so she can't decide on that. she has younger brothers (two) and triplet older sisters.

5. Opanie Wisenn is 11. her favorite color is 'pinkish blue, all the way.' and she calls herself Pearl. she has freckles and fiery red hair, and her brown eyes are always shinning. she ADORES night and murder misterys, she never watches TV, and always critisizes every ad she sees.

6. Jane Duneturr is 12. she is also very bossy. she has long and streight black hair that always seems to blow dramaticly, even when  there is no wind! unless she's bossing Opanie, Riley or me around, she's not very talkative, though she cooks delicous cookies! she loves all movies she's ever watched, and talks with all her Ps being Bs, all her Gs being Cs and all her Ws becoming Vs. 'Bardon me, Julia. i Chost Vas chasing me." she has a twin sister who seems to hate her.

Chapter1 (Julia) " adola's secret

i woke up at  8:00AM to the costent ringing of the telephone. 'who could that be at THIS hour?' i thought. i got out of my cozy black and  yellow sheat covered in purple peace signes. i looked up at my mistmaker poster on my wall. it looked as sweet as always. i sighed and slipped my feet into my slippers. they where yellow bunnies with bright blue eyes. i slowly got up and walked toward the kitchen. the hall seemed dark and dismal. there was light in my sister's room. 'strange.' i thought. soon the telephone would stop ringing and whoever was there would have to leave a message. i rushed to the phone and  just in time, i arrived. i picked up the receiver and said 'yes? julia may speaking.' i heard a shout of jubilance from the other end. 'strange...' i thought to myself. 'oh...sorry about that julie.' said the voice on the other end. ' i thought you wouldn't come.' i couldn't  remeber anyone who has ever called me julie. i liked it. ' well, i answered. who IS this?' 'this is kailey. kailey verin.'said the voice.'adola's younger sister. she is busy and NEEDS her friends to come. she's in danger, you see.' at this, i hang up. i rush back to my room and open my closet door. i pull out a yellow and blue t-shirt and a purple and gold skirt with yellowish stripes. i pull them on quickly, and get some socks, yellow ones. then i run to the back door and grab my coat, yellow with blue and black flowers. it is mid january and i am very cold, even inside. i get my mittens and scarf, my boots too, and open the door.....the cold numbs my face, and the snow and light nearly blind me. i step out, and suddenlt remember 'mom and dad! they'll be terrorfied!' so i get back in, take of my boots and mittens, and rush to the office. i grab a pencil and some paper and scribble 'dear MD, i am at adola's hus, she telephoned me. i gotta go, she's in trouble. with the MM i thinks. love ya, Julia' and i rushed back to the door, put my boots and mittens on, and started the horrifieing treck to adola's house.....

chapter2 (adola) "help"

it was official. i was scared out of my wits.likely because of the sight of my sister, tears streeming out of her eyes as she was carried away from me. 'this is all my fault' i thought to myself. 'all my fault.' at least kailey is getting help...or is she? 'please let kailey be getting help...' i thought to myself. just then, i heard  a knock at the door. oh no, they must be back! taking miya-lee wasn't enough, eh? i'll show them! i get up to answer the door, but as i do, i see none other then julia may trudging through the snow! i stop, stone still. if julia is taken, what will happpen? the MM might collapse!but juli seems blind! SHE JUST WALKS TO MY DOOR AND RINGS THE DOORBELL. WILL SHE BE KIDNAPPED TOO? BUT NO, SHE JUST RANG THE BELL AGIAN! i slowly walk to the door and turn the handel. i must have imagined the villans! only julia stand s there now, cold and numb all over.        ' come in.'  i say flatly.

PART TWO

Julia walked in, wiped her boots on the welcome mat, and said 'whassa probleemo? i was just waking up when you called...'   'my sister just HAPPEND to be kidnapped today...' i said, rolling my eyes, trying to hold back tears. ' are the others coming? or did your other sisi jus call me? adola, please! yoi GOTTA be kidding!!!' i couldn't hold back teaes any longer. i burst out crying 'JULIA, SHE WAS TAKEN BY, BY, WELL I DON'T KNOW! CAN WE GO TO SAVE HER PLEASE JULIA!?!? PLEASE!!!!' Julia looked taken aback. 'umm.........uh......Adola.......well.....erm....OK..........uhhh......' she looked at me quizzicaly. 'but.....can a weird 10 year old and a stylish 14 year old really save a little girl from 5 or more violent kindnappers?'
