YOU KNOW SHE HAS inner beauty! Want to tell the world what makes her beautiful? New Moon is accepting nominations for girls to be featured in our annual 25 Beautiful Girls issue! Nominate a girl you know or if you are 8-12 years old, nominate yourself!
